Grant Horibe
Project Coordinator
Grant is a Santa Barbara local who graduated from Laguna Blanca High School and has a Bachelors in Sociology from Wheaton College Massachusetts. He was an EMT and worked at Cottage Rehabilitation Hospital as a therapeutic recreation aide, assisting individuals with a wide range of disabilities. He also has a secret passion for knives and, at the height of the pandemic, decided to start his own mobile knife sharpening service for locals in Santa Barbara. Outside of work Grant loves long paddles, surfing, biking, hiking, and exploring the gifts of nature with his son and wife.
